By using Tulip, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tulip.
Tulip is a curated directory of AI-generated video content available on YouTube. Tulip does not host, store, or re-upload any video content. Every video you watch on Tulip streams directly from YouTube via YouTube's own official embedded player, under YouTube's own Terms of Service, which also apply to your use of that content.
You may sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You can stop using Tulip and revoke its access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
When you click "Subscribe" or "Like" on Tulip, we perform that real action on your actual YouTube account, using permission you explicitly grant during sign-in. These are genuine actions on YouTube's platform, not a Tulip-only imitation — subscribing through Tulip subscribes you to the creator's real channel, and unsubscribing/unliking must also be done through your YouTube account or through Tulip directly.
Tulip curates (selects and organizes) links to content that creators have published publicly on YouTube. We make a good-faith effort to verify that featured content is genuinely AI-generated and transparently presented as such, but Tulip does not create, own, or control the underlying video content, and is not responsible for it. All content remains the property of its original creators.
Creators may submit their own channel for consideration via our submission form. Submitting a channel does not guarantee inclusion — all submissions are manually reviewed, and Tulip may decline or remove any content at its discretion.
If you believe content featured on Tulip infringes your copyright, or that your channel has been featured without appropriate context, please use our content report form, or contact us directly at hello.tulipapp@gmail.com — we will review and respond promptly. Since Tulip does not host video content, removal from Tulip's catalog does not remove the video from YouTube — that request should also go to YouTube directly if applicable.
You agree not to:
Tulip is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the catalog accurate, playback working, and curation honest, but we make no guarantees about uptime, content availability (creators may remove their own videos at any time), or accuracy of translations (Tulip's multi-language interface is machine-translated).
We may update these terms as Tulip evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
